The petitioner in this CRLMP, seeks a direction from this Court to the direct the opposite party no.3 (I.I.C., Kharavela Nagar Police Station) to apprehend the accused persons and recover the money taken by them.

The I.I.C., Kharavela Nagar Police Station undertakes that he will complete the investigation within one month
