This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

In course of hearing of bail application, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after examination of witnesses Ranjit Kuamr Patra and Niranjan Nayak.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the BLAPL is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. The learned Court in seisin of the case is also requested to issue summons the proposed eye witnesses named above at the first instance, if the trial has commenced. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Kishore
