This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to Opposite Parties to dispose of representations dated 19th November, 2022 and 4th October, 2019 (Annexure-1 series) submitted by the Manager, DAV Public School.

Admittedly, any of the Petitioners is not the Manager of the DAV Public School. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that Petitioners are the authorized agents to look after payment of tax and other activities on behalf of the DAV Public School in respect of the vehicles more fully mentioned in the representations under Annexure-1 series.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
