The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consider his case for appointment as Junior Clerk (Group-C) under Rehabilitation Assistance Rules, keeping in view the recommendations made by the opposite parties 2 and 4 under Annexures1 and 8. 4.

As it appears, the Divisional Forest Officer, Bhadrak, (WL) Division has recommended the case of the petitioner to the Regional Chief Conservator of Forests, Bhubaneswar on 12.10.2018 under Annexure-8.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.3 to take immediate step on the recommendation made by the Divisional Forest Officer, Bhadrak, (WL) Division under Annexure-8, if the same has not yet been attended to, within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
