The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to pay the regular scale of pay meant for the post of Asst. Engineer (Civil) for the period from 07.10.1994 to 17.12.1996 keeping in view the direction of the tribunal in O.A. No. 2806 of 2001 disposed of on 11.07.2002 under Annexure-3, which attained its finality in implementation of the same vide order dated 04.11.2016 under Annnexure-6, along with all consequential benefits. 3.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner has already been recommended to the opposite party no.1 by opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-8 dated 24.11.2017 and, therefore, direction may be given to take a decision on the same within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no
objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the recommendation made by the opposite party no.2 under Annexure-8 dated 24.11.2017, and pass appropriate in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
