The Petitioners in this writ petition seek for a direction to call for records relating to the R.O.R. (Annexures-2 and 5) and to set aside all erroneous report and communication including Annexure-9 i.e. Letter No.1001 dated 2nd September, 2022 issued by the Sub-Registrar, Dharmasala to the District Registrar, Jajpur. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 4.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
