Heard learned counsel for the parties.

For the consistent view of this Court, there should not be entertain of the Writ Petition arising out of proceeding under Section 15(b) of the O.S.S. Act, 1958. For the disputed nature of claims involved therein, this Court here recording the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner that undisputedly parties are also facing civil disputes, while declining to entertain the request involving the order at Annexure-1 simply observes, order at Annexure-1 shall be abided in the ultimate outcome in the civil proceeding.
