1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail U/s. 438 of Cr.P.C. in apprehension of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences under Section 306 of IPC.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the present Petitioner has been issued with summons from the court in seisin over the matter in C.T. Case No. 12 of 2017 pursuant to an order under Section 319 of the Cr.P.C.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the said order of the learned court below where summon has been issued directing the appearance of the Petitioner. The ABLAPL accordingly stands dismissed.
