This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.
This is the second journey of the Petitioners in filing this application under section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for their grant of bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Simulia P.S. Case No.182 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 599 of 2019 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Soro running for alleged commission of offence under Section-452/294/323/354-B/506/34 of the IPC, for their release on bail in the above case in exercise of liberty granted vide order dated 08.10.2021 and 10.07.2021 in I.A. No.1017 of 2021 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.10544 of 2019.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the
// 2 // event the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in the above mentioned case within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No. 4587 dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo No.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
