1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 02.02.2022 after the Original Application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued on 25.03.2019 on the question of admission.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter at present.

5. Learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department considering the nature of grievance nature raised in the writ petition, i.e., a prayer to allow the petitioner to continue at a particular place "Chafla" as Cluster Resource Centre Coordinator (CRCC), nothing would survive at present for adjudication.

6. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed for lack of up-to-date instruction from the petitioner granting liberty to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
