This writ petition has been filed apprehending forceful seizure of vehicle bearing registration No.OD-05-AN-9725 (Truck) of the Petitioner.

Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime, the matter has been settled between the Petitioner and the Financer. Hence, the Petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
