2. Heard learned counsel for the appellants and Mr. Prasanta Kumar Das, learned C.G.C. who has entered appearance for the sole respondent.

3. This appeal has been filed challenging the mode of payment directed by the learned Railway Claims Tribunal, Bhubaneswar Bench in the judgment passed in Case No. OA (IIU)/156/2017 dated 28th January, 2020.

4. Since the appellants are not dissatisfied with the award passed in the impugned judgment and the only dispute is with regard to the mode of payment, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same.

5. Accordingly, the FAO is dismissed.
