1. The Petitioners' representation (Annexure-5) shall be examined by the Collector, Cuttack (Opposite Party No.3) and after issuing notice to them and giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed not later 10th April, 2023. The said order shall be communicated to the Petitioners within a week thereafter. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
