L.A. Misc. Case No.37 of 2015 vide Annexure-2 is stated to be pending before the Zone Officer, Upper Indravati Irrigation Project, Kusumkhunti-Opposite Party No.2. 4.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for and especially the time elapsed in the time, the writ petition is disposed of directing Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the aforesaid L.A. Misc. Case in accordance with law within a period of two quarters from the date of receipt of the certified copy or soft copy of this order.

If the Petitioner is found to be entitled to receive the compensation, such compensation be paid to him within two months from the date of disposal of the aforesaid L.A. Misc. Case.

The Petitioner is directed to supply the copy of the writ petition containing all the annexures along with certified copy or soft copy of this order to Opposite Party No.2 for convenience and reference to Annexure-2.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 8.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
