1. The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-3 series) shall be examined by the Collector, Jajpur (opposite party No.2) and after notice to the Petitioners as well as the Opposite party No.7 and after giving them an giving opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed not later than 15th of December, 2022 and be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The court clarifies it is not expressed any view in the matter.
