This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Sadar, Cuttack to dispose of Permanent Khasmal Lease Case No.133 of 2020 stated to be pending before him. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate, on instruction, submits that Permanent Khasmal Lease Case No.133 of 2020 has already been disposed of on 4th December, 2021 and R.O.R. in separate Khata No.435/481 has been published in the name of the Petitioner under stithiban status.

Mr. Baug, learned counsel for the Petitioner, therefore, submits that a copy of the R.O.R. may be supplied to the Petitioner.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tahasildar, Sadar, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.2 to supply the copy of the corrected R.O.R. to the Petitioner within a period of one month from today following due procedure of law.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website at par with certified copy subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
