Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Looking to the innocuous prayer and for pendency of working out the Demarcation Case No.38 of 2022, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Satyabadi- Opposite Party No.3 to complete the exercise involving Demarcation Case No.38 of 2022 at least within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner but however, involving the parties likely to be affected.

Further considering the request of the Petitioner for police support in undertaking the demarcation exercise, this Court observes in the event there is any such contingency, it will be open to the Tahasildar to issue necessary requisition.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
