This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this bail application with liberty to renew his prayer if the trial is not completed within a stipulated period of time. 3.
In such view of the matter, this Court disposes of the bail application as not pressed with liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer in the event trial of the case is not concluded within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the bail application stands disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. 5.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
