Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's document is not being accepted for registration by opposite party no.3. Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, there be direction upon petitioner to present the document. 2.

Opposite party no.3 will accept petitioner's document along with copy of this order, on approach. Upon presentation, said opposite party will either register the document or issue refusal memo containing the grounds. This must be done within a week from presentation.
