I.A. is filed for extension of time for the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below as has been directed by this Court vide order dated 2nd December, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.3667 of 2022.

For the reasons stated therein, the I.A. stands allowed. 3.

Consequently, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Athagarh on or before 30th January, 2023 in C.T. Case No.439 of 2015 arising out of Khuntuni P.S. Case No.146 of 2015 in compliance to the order of this Court dated 2nd December, 2022in CRLMC No.3667 of 2022. Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered.
