Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the State on written instruction dated 01.11.2022 from the Inspector-incharge of Markat Nagar police station, Cuttack UPD submitted that no case has been registered against the petitioner Mitu Ranjan Rout so also Niranjan Mishra, Proprietor of Mishra Enterprises and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in connection with this case.

In view of such submission, learned counsel for
