01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "In view of the facts mentioned in Paragraph-6 above, the applicants pray for the following relief(s): a) The Original Application be allowed:

(b) The Respondents be directed to regularize the services of the Applicant w.e.f. 14.11.2017 i.e. from the date of completion of six years of service as Gana Sikshyak.

c) The Respondents be directed to release the arrears of the Applicant from the date of regularization with all service benefits;

d) Such other order/orders be passed granting complete relief to the petitioner."

4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.3 by enclosing all the relevant

// 2 // documents and citations in support of her claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

5. It is observed that the O.P. No. 3 while taking a decision shall be taken into consideration the clarification/order issued on 23.09.2017 under Annexure-8.

6. It is further observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.3 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.3 be communicated to the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
