This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 04.01.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the 5th paragraph of the order dated 04.01.2022, inadvertently it has been mentioned as 'Court below' instead of 'Courts below'.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the word 'Court below' appearing in the 5th paragraph of the order dated 04.01.2022 be read as 'Courts below' instead of 'Court below'.

With this modification, the rest part of the order

// 2 // dated 04.01.2022 remains unaltered.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
