Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(a) Under the above circumstances, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to allow this application and direct the Respondents to grant I.A C.P. Ed.
Scale of pay to the applicant w.e.f. 30.05.2011 i.e. from the date of acquiring higher / intermediate qualification within a specific time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court And Further be pleased to direct the Respondents to pay the applicant al his service and financial benefits respectively;
Or Pass any other order / orders as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper;
And Allow this Original Application with cost".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period. 5.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
