02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. S. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.K. Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following prayer:- "i) To direct the Respondents to regularize the service of the applicant by counting the past service from 03.07.2006 to 21.08.2018 for computation of six years like other counterparts, those who were regularized pursuant to guidelines contained in the resolutions under Annexure-11 and 12 and allow all consequential service and financial benefits.
ii) And pass such other order(s)/direction(s) as may be deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice and allow the application with cost."

Considering the nature of grievance and the fact that the Petitioner has not approached the Authority claiming extension of the benefit prior to approaching this Court, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an application before the O.P. No. 1 within a period of three (3) weeks from today. It is, however observe that if any such application is moved within the stipulated time, O.P. No. 1 shall take a lawful decision on the same within a further period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such application.
5. The writ petition is disposed of.
