Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

On the selfsame issue, it appears Petitioner has a pending representation vide Annexure-5 before Opposite Party No.1. Petitioner also claims reliance of an order of this Court in disposed of the Writ Petition bearing W.P.(C) No.22907 of 2018 involving similar situated case. For the pendency on the request of the Petitioner before Opposite Party No.1 in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a lawful decision on Annexure-5. Decision process may also involve direction, if any, in disposal of the W.P.(C) No.22907 of 2018. The entire exercise be completed at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner. 3.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
