This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with C.T. Case No.1033 of 2020 arising out of Soro P.S. Case No.461 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Soro for alleged commission of offences under sections 354-A/294/506 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 67(A) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

In view of the nature of accusation against the

// 2 // petitioner as per the first information report, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, I direct that in the event the petitioner surrenders and moves for bail before the learned Court below, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. The case records shall be made available to the Court concerned.
