Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Necessary directions may be made to the Respondent's more specifically Respondent No.1, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, ST & SC Development Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to allow the Applicant to resume her duties as Sevika of Dangaeju Sevashram School, under Tikabali Block under SSD Department of Kandhamal District on considering her representation dtd.26.03.2018 as at Annexure-7.

(ii) And further direction may kindly be issued to Block Development Officer Tikabali Block to act upon for allowing the Applicant to avail all service benefits as per Annexure-7 representation or pass any other order/orders as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition, before

// 2 // the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
