The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, prayed that in the facts and circumstances stated above and the interest of justice, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to admit the writ petition, call for the records and after hearing the parties be pleased to issue appropriate writ(s)/direction(s) by setting aside/quashing the impugned Letter No.394/OLIC dated 08.03.2022 issued by the Opposite Party in Anneuxre-4 and further be pleased to pass an order directing to refund/return the APS deposited in the Divison for execution of work at Gopalpur-II R/L vide Work Order No.621 dated 04.03.2021 in Annexure-2;
And pass this writ/writs order/orders, this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that
highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party vide Annexures-5 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection. 5.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
