Ms. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and Order No.

submits, there be direction as prayed for in the writ petition, for disposal of the OEA(S) cases within stipulated period. 2.

Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and draws attention to order dated 29th April, 2022. He submits, two months time will be sufficient for disposal of the cases.

Paragraph-3 from said order dated 29th April, 2022, passed by coordinate Bench, is reproduced below.

// 2 // "3. Upon instruction, Mr. Nanda submits that despite their best efforts, the records of O.E.A. Case Nos. 179/1991 and 426/1994 could not be traced out. Hwever, with the help of the petitioner, the Tahasildar, Puri, Rabindra Kumar Pradhan, who is present in Court, has already reconstructed the files in both the cases by assigning a new number, i.e., O.E.A. Misc. Case No.1 of 2022. However, during course of hearing, Mr. Nanda submits that he has already instructed the Tahasildar, Puri to segregate the case records and re-register the same in the old numbers and prays that six months time be granted to dispose of the said cases."

Opposite party no.1 is directed to dispose of the cases within two months of communication of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
