This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Ms. S. Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 14.11.2022 issued by the opposite party no.3 under Annexure-6 to the writ petition.

Since the order impugned is appealable one as provided under Rules 46

(1) of the OMMC Rules, 2016, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy by filing appeal before the appropriate authority as per the provisions of the rules, if he is so advised.
