Learned counsel for the State on verification of the case diary submitted that the notice under section 41A of Cr.P.C. has been issued against the petitioners which they have complied with and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners in connection with the case.

In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this application.
