Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The petitioner in this CRLMP seeks a direction from this Court to the opposite party no.2 to proceed with due and appropriate investigation into the allegations made against opposite party no.3 in Kharavelanagar P.S. Case No.388 of 2022 and take appropriate action against opposite party no.3 within a stipulated time. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now

// 2 // the case is pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar. In the event, he approaches, the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar is directed to proceed with the same as per law.
