This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner while availing the interim bail has been granted the benefit of default bail under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C.

In view of the above submission, call for a report from the Court in seisin of the case with regard to grant of default bail during interim bail.

Moreover, the present bail application has become infructuous and the same stands dismissed.
