Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this Writ Petition, issue notice to the opposite parties and after hearing the parties direction may kindly be given in the nature of writ of mandamus to the Opp. Parties more particularly Opp. Party No.5 to intimate the affected families under VillageManamunda, mouza-Deuli, Dist-Boudh, Odisha regarding the land acquisition process and to the extend of land they are going to lose in the process and further be pleased to direct the opposite parties to stop the land acquisition process till the crops growing in the fields of the villages is harvested.

And pass such other appropriate order/order as this Hon'ble Court thinks fit and proper."

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting their grievances, the Petitioners have made a representation to Opposite Party No.5 vide Annexure-3 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.5 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-3 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
