Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case no first information report has been lodged. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that relying on the paper publication in the daily news paper 'Nirbhaya' and 'Sakala' dated 23.11.2021 vide Annexure-7 series, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest. Since no F.I.R. has been registered, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for anticipatory bail after formal registration of the F.I.R.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
