This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 04.01.2022 and also for extension of time to surrender in the Court below as per the said order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Bhanjanagar P.S. Case No.343 of 2021 corresponds to G.R. Case No.152 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge (POCSO), Berhampur, but inadvertently in the cause title, it is mentioned as learned Addl. Sessions Judge -cumSpecial Court, Bhanjanagar under POCSO Act and accordingly the same Court's name has been reflected

// 2 // in the order dated 04.01.2022.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, in the 2nd paragraph of the order dated 04.01.2022, the name of the Court mentioned as 'Addl. Sessions Judge -cum- Special Court under POCSO Act' be read as 'Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge (POCSO), Berhampur' and time of surrender as per the order dated 04.01.2022 is extended for a further period of four weeks. The rest part of the order dated 04.01.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
