Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to give her employment basing on the result vide letter No.1027 dated 18.08.2018 given by the opposite party no.3 and further to issue direction to the opposite parties no.1 and 2 to meet the official process for her employment for the post of Assistant Training Officer (ATO) in Painter and Decorator Trade at present (Painter General) Trade at I.T.I. Takatpur, Baripada, Dist: Mayurbhanj, Odisha.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-5 series and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this
Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. 6.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
