Mr. Pradhan, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners Order No.

and submits, his clients are devotees of the temple. They had made representation dated 2nd March, 2022 to the Commissioner seeking enquiry against opposite party no.6 regarding mismanagement in the affairs of the temple. He seeks direction upon said opposite party to consider the representation.

Ms. Naidu, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party no.1 while Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

We are not inclined to direct issuance of notice on private opposite party no.6. Instead, opposite party no.1 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 2nd March, 2022. For the purpose said opposite party will notice opposite party no.6 and thereupon deal with the representation. Decision taken should be informed to learned advocate for petitioners within eight weeks from date.

The writ petition is disposed of.
