Mr. K. Dang, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the Letter No.20097 dated 10.09.2019 issued by the Water Resources Department, Govt. of Odisha under aged person are not entitled to get compassionate appointment. But he has not incorporated the said letter in this Writ Petition. Therefore, the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition with better particulars. 3.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
