This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The present I.A. has been sworn by the Petitioner No.2-Md. Sajjad Ansari for modification of the order dated 21.01.2022. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have filed the present I.A. for modification the condition imposed by this Court while releasing them on bail by order dated 21.01.2022. The petitioners were directed that they shall appear before the concerned Police Station once in every fifteen days preferably on 'Sunday' between 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. He further submits that the petitioners are regularly appearing before the concerned Police Station, which is too difficult on their part because they are only the earning members of their families and they need to go outside for earning their livelihood. Hence, the said condition

// 2 // may be deleted / waived instead of any other condition. 5.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, it is directed that the said condition is recalled and instead of the said condition "they shall not make any default in attending the court during trial on each date of posting without fail", rest part of the order remaining the same.

The I.A is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
