Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2021 in connection with 2(b) C.C. No.7 of 2010 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Kesinga for the alleged commission of offence under Section 51 of Wild Life Protection Act.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted coupled with the fact that the coaccused has already been released on bail by learned court below, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case, failing which necessary adverse

orders shall be passed against him.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
