1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 02.02.2022 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.

4. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that the matter was never taken up for admission nor any notices were issued and it was only once listed on 26.7.2019 though not taken up.

5. Learned AGA submits that as the matter has been lying as such, nothing would survive for adjudication.

6. Having heard learned AGA, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within ninety days for any surviving cause of action. (M.S.Sahoo) dutta Judge
