1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 02.02.2022 after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is observed by the learned Tribunal by order dated 26.07.2019 as follows :

"Vide order passed in O.A.No.1152(C) of 2019."

4. Since the records of the said O.A. are not available, this Court is not in a position to know what exact order has been passed.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the writ petition.
