1. When the matter was taken up on 10.10.2022, following order was passed :

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 02.02.2022 after the Original Application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued by the learned Tribunal on 05.07.2019 and the matter was not taken up/pursued thereafter.

4. Learned Additional Government Advocate seeks further accommodation to obtain instruction and file counter as the matter has been received on transfer.

5. Learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department submits that he has not been served with copy of the petition.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve two extra copies on the learned Standing Counsel

// 2 // for the School and Mass Education Department within seven working days, so as to enable him to obtain instruction and file his response, if so advised.

7. As prayed for, list on 22.11.2022.

8. Learned counsel for the opposite parties shall file their response by the next date.
