None appears for the petitioner today at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on 22.08.2022 and the matter was posted to today for hearing of the bail application as a last chance on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. When the matter was again taken up after pass over of the entire list, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The bail application is pending since 29.11.2021.

It, therefore, presupposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
