Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Petitioners on the basis of direction under Annexure-1 seeks a direction against Opposite Party No.3 for implementation of the direction therein. For the stage of the matter, learned State Counsel submits it is not known as to whether such order is challenged further or not.

Be that as it may, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 to find if there is stay operating involving the order in Revision Petition No.892 of 2007, in the event answer is no, to proceed immediately to comply the direction given by the Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Board of Revenue, Cuttack involving the Revision Petition No.892 of 2007, the entire exercise be completed at least within a period two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. In the meantime there is bifurcation of the Tahasil, the Tahasildar- Opposite
