1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The guarantor of a term loan raised by his father, is before this Court assailing the notice dated 20th November, 2021 issued under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 whereby symbolic possession has been assumed after housing loan account had been declared NPA on 30th March, 2020.

3. As per Mr. Milan Kanungo, learned Senior Advocate, the outstanding as on 4th February, is Rs.12,55,917.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition to enable his client to seek his remedy in accordance with law. P.T.O.
