This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for extension of the date of surrender of the petitioners in the learned Court below.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the date of surrender of the petitioners as fixed as per order dated 04.01.2022 is extended till 31st March 2022. The rest part of the order dated 04.01.2022 remains unaltered. It is made clear that no further extension of date of surrender shall be granted.
