This is an application for modification of order dated 19.12.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.15306 of 2022. 3.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 19.12.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 2nd & 3rd line of paragraph-2 of the order, the P.S. Case number and G.R. Case number as "Marsaghai P.S. Case No.400 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2062 of 2022" be substituted by "Marsaghai P.S. Case No.384 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2169 of 2021".

Necessary corrections are carried out in the order accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
